REGULAR / HOLIDAY / SUMMER RATES
You can reserve a cabin, any time, even on the day you want to come in! If your reservation is within 40 days or less, then full payment is due. If it is 41 days or more away then a partial payment is needed to secure your reservation. We will work with you in some financial cases.

Cabin #1 is an all adult cabin and is great for 2 adults, Cabin #2 is great for 2 but can go to 6 with kids, Cabin #3 is priced for 6, max 8 with additional charges, cabin #4 is great for 4 max 6, Cabin #6 is great for 4 adults, max 6. Cabin #5 is a 2 bathroom cabin with 7 beds and is great for 10, max. Cabin 7 is a 2 bathroom cabin with 10 beds and is great for 12 max.

There may be an additional returnable Security/Damage deposit added if your group is large or on the younger side, about 23 yrs.

Summer increase starts Memorial Day weekend and ends with Labor Day weekend. We like to see a min of 3 nights in the summer, but we do make some exceptions. One night stays are offered during the week but not on a weekend. Holidays in Summer are in orange, but here is the list of all holidays that are not in the summer but do increase, the orange rate, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Columbus, Thanksgiving, Christmas the dates leading up to Christmas as well as all dates in between until the New Year Holiday, Martin Luther King, Valentines, Presidents and Easter ,are displayed in the orange rate with total having all taxes and fees. However, for the New Year, $230. is added to the green nightly rate. example $220.+$230=$450. plus tax.

Regular, non summer or non- Holiday Reservations rates are displayed in the green color with total of all taxes and cleaning fees. There may be a Returnable Security/Damage hold depending upon our decision. During Regular or green colored times, a $250. portion of the total secures Cabin #2, Cabin #4 and Cabin #6, and $400, Secures Cabin #1, Cabin 3, Cabin #5 and Cabin #7. During Orange rate a 1/3 of total rate to secure your cabin or if 40 days or less,full balance is due, unless a payment plan is agreed.

Contracts and cancellation policies are displayed in our Policy tab. Paper work are signed before your arrival; however, all policies go into effect as soon as you are our customer. Two Saturday nights can not be offered in one reservation with the declining rates. Once the 2nd weekend is included, than the rate is charged a weekend rate and can continue to decline when days are added.
